At Your Journey, we believe meaningful support begins with listening. We are conducting a Community Needs Assessment to better understand the experiences, challenges, and unmet needs of individuals and families affected by cancer throughout the greater Chapin area, including Chapin, White Rock, Little Mountain, Ballentine, Irmo, Newberry, and Prosperity.

We want to hear from individuals currently in treatment, survivors, thrivers, caregivers, and family members about their perspectives, needs, and barriers to accessing resources and support.

Cancer affects more than the person receiving treatment. Caregivers and family members may also face significant emotional, physical, social, and spiritual challenges. Their voices are essential to understanding the full cancer journey and identifying where greater support is needed in our community.

The information gathered will help Your Journey develop a strategic plan and shape future support groups, educational programs, outreach initiatives, and faith-centered opportunities for connection and encouragement. Our goal is to strengthen social, emotional, and spiritual support while helping reduce barriers to meaningful resources.
